We customize our program for each family; so, we're sure to have what you need. We are available all day, year round on a full or part time basis. Patterned after all day kindergarten, our preschool prepares kids for all that awaits them in school and provides the all day care that parents are looking for. Our theme-based program teaches kids in a fun way. Each week kids will experience art, music, Spanish, science, cognitive learning, American Sign Language, fitness classes and kindergarten readiness skills to prepare them for the demands they will experience in kindergarten.
Our caring and enthusiastic staff works hard to ensure that kids' needs are met and individualized instruction is given. An extended "family" of retired teachers, a certified fitness instructor, volunteers and our pastor also join our staff in providing a well-rounded program.
As a ministry of Harbor Community Church, it will be easy to see that we use a God-centered approach to teaching kids. Pastor Josh Johnson leads a monthly chapel time with a kid friendly message about God. In addition, we start our day with a prayer, memorize a bible verse each week, learn bible stories and lessons, and use all opportunities that arise as teachable moments to let kids know about God.
